1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Wintoto88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wintoto88.cam ("Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Wintoto88 Platform — whether for casino gaming, sports betting, or any other service offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Wintoto88.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds, less any withdrawals or wagers made.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other incentives credited to a User's Account by Wintoto88 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot title, sports betting market, crash game, lottery game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification and document submission process required to authenticate a User's identity, age, and payment details in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia and the primary currency unit used for transactions on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services operated by Wintoto88 at wintoto88.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a Wintoto88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable minimum age requirement that applies to all users regardless of location.
• You are accessing and using the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in relation to the use of the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by way of account termination by Wintoto88.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of Wintoto88 or any of its affiliated partners, game studios, or payment processors.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You undertake to promptly update your Account details in the event of any change.

4Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Wintoto88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate accounts and to forfeit any funds or bonuses associated therewith.

To register, you must provide a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You will also be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and contact number. Following initial registration, you will be prompted to complete the KYC verification process before withdrawals are enabled on your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Wintoto88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately.

Wintoto88 is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing any withdrawal request. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address issued within the preceding three (3) months, and a selfie photograph holding the identity document. 5Deposits & Payments

Wintoto88 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate convenient and secure deposits. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Wintoto88 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which Wintoto88 accepts no responsibility.
• Wintoto88 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit amount that triggers internal compliance thresholds.
• Failed or declined deposits should be reported to Customer Support. Wintoto88 is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to errors in payment details provided by the User.

6Withdrawals

Wintoto88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The majority of MYR withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are settled within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating conditions.

• Withdrawals are available exclusively to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by membership tier (Silver, Gold, Diamond).
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Wintoto88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. This may temporarily extend processing times.
• Where a User has accepted a bonus, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Wintoto88 shall not be held liable for delays in fund settlement caused by the User's bank, payment provider, or third-party network congestion.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Wintoto88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion is explicitly designated as a "no-wagering" offer, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are published alongside each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: Wintoto88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements. If such activity is detected, Wintoto88 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Right to Amend: Wintoto88 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

8Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the Wintoto88 Platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by licensed and trained live dealers operating from certified studio environments. The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• All bets placed and accepted by the Platform system are considered binding and final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during a gaming session, the Platform will apply its game interruption policy as documented in the individual game help files. Wintoto88's decision on the outcome of interrupted sessions is final.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific result for individual sessions or individual Users.
• Sports betting odds are set and updated in real time. Wintoto88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price due to data feed errors, pricing errors, or manifest mistakes. Affected Users will be notified and their stakes returned.
• Wintoto88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools ("bots") in connection with any game on the Platform.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Wintoto88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, including using proxy services or VPNs to circumvent account restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to stolen payment credentials or money laundering.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multi-player formats.
• Exploiting any identified bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software. Users who identify such issues are required to report them to Customer Support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, threatening language, or discriminatory behaviour toward Customer Support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to gain access to another User's Account or to any restricted section of the Platform without authorisation.

Wintoto88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice, and to withhold all funds pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct involves criminal activity, Wintoto88 reserves the right to refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10Responsible Gambling

Wintoto88 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of player protection tools and encourage all Users to make use of them:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time via the Account settings panel.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Users may restrict the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Users may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

11Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, game titles, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the Wintoto88 Platform are the exclusive property of Wintoto88 or its licensed third-party partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Wintoto88.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wintoto88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, data errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network providers.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information, content, or advice published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wintoto88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13Suspension & Termination

Wintoto88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole and reasonable discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Provision of false or unverifiable KYC documentation.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Confirmed use by, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 21.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations in the User's jurisdiction.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

Upon Account termination, Wintoto88 will process any legitimate and verified balance held in the Account in accordance with applicable law, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed by the User to Wintoto88. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited at the time of termination.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method.

14Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance standards and the legal frameworks recognised in the jurisdiction under which Wintoto88 operates.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Wintoto88 that cannot be resolved through our Customer Support escalation process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation prior to the commencement of any formal legal proceedings.

15Amendments

Wintoto88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Wintoto88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recently updated version.
